These very successful courses offer training for the beginner or the more experienced motor caravanner.
Drivecraft has its own private classroom and driving circuit at Appletree Driver Training Centre. This enables confidence-building and manoeuvring exercises to take place without any distractions caused by other road users.
Appletree Circuit has a marked out road system with hill start, roundabouts, crossroads, T-junctions, manoeuvring and parking area. The classroom has both visual and physical training aids, which together with our Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Approved Driving Instructors (ADI) means that the student receives very high quality tuition.
The site location is within 5 miles of M40, just off A361 near Chipping Warden village. Our close proximity to Banbury and Daventry permits us to offer on-road training on all types of road, and this is something our students really appreciate.
Course Details
Course content may be adjusted to suit customer requirements by agreement.
Manoeuvring and On-Road
A 3-hour course compromising forward driving, length and width judgement, reversing, parking, tight manoeuvring situations and approximately 1 hour driving on-road, on various types of road. This course is for 1-1.
Total Price £69
Comprehensive
A 4-hour course for the inexperienced student(s) which allows 3 hours practical manoeuvring and driving including approximately 1.5 hours on-road, and 1 hour on basic training i.e. gas and electrical safety, maintenance, setting up, driving tips. This course is for 1-1, or a couple.
